Lesson 39: You have to love yourself before you can love another.

This is pretty straightforward. It's really impossible to love someone else fully until you love yourself. If you try to love someone else first it feels...weird. I've had a lot of struggles in the past with loving myself and it's also made forming relationships with others very difficult. So you need to find yourself and love yourself before you can make anyone else love you.
